I’ve stayed here a month, so I’ve been here long enough to get a good feel for the place. A nice man runs the place, & I see other reviewers speak poorly of him. In my opinion, he is cordial, and keeps a close eye on things. I haven’t felt unsafe here and I walk around after midnight and all hours. Yes, there are permanent residents here, but they keep to themselves. The only thing I’d change is that the showers be a little bigger. Okay, a lot bigger. The place is dated for sure. But it’s (usually) very clean. And they are updating things as I am typing this. There’s a rustic feel to the place. I also appreciate the laundromat. I am thankful to be here. Thank you!
