Pleasantly surprised with the large and private campsites. We were there in October, so there were only a couple other sites occupied, but we seldom saw or heard anyone else and it was so quiet and felt more secluded than it really was.
The proximity to the monument was also nice. It was awesome to be able to walk over there in the morning to see the sunrise hitting the beautiful trees on the other side of the river, and the gift shop and nice bathrooms over there were a nice bonus as well.
If you're expecting electrical hookups or water supply, you'll be disappointed, but for those that enjoy a very quiet and spacious campsite, this place is fantastic.
