CAMP AT YOUR OWN RISK: Campsites flood and campsite management refuse responsibility.
I generally only post positive reviews, but felt obligated to provide this warning. Our family was in site 172. One of the sides had a hill sloping into our campsite, two other sides were paved road. There was no drainage, so when it rained, the paved road essentially created an enclosed pool. This happened at 8p and we ended up having to go to a hotel for the night.
When we asked camp management for a refund since the campsite was unusable that night, they admitted that it is not the first time flooding has happened in the campground, but they take no responsibility since rain is an "act of god". When I stated that it feels unethical to not fix the drainage issues in the campground so that it doesn't happen to future campers, there was not a clear response.
