If you’re looking for a QUIET, secluded and rustic campground, then look no further. It’s a first come first serve campground and I read online that it was not m heavily used. We drove here at 1:30am on Friday of Labor Day weekend and got an awesome spot. I couldn’t see any of the neighbors well at all, which is how I like it. There’s only like 2 sites on the water though. There’s campsites for both small campers and tents.
Only negative: the mosquitos were absolute horrid. The worst I’ve ever seen them. But I think that comes to be expected on a river.
