Review: Spruce Rustic Campground — Rifle River Recreation Area

There is plenty to explore around the camp area and a store right acrossed the street that has most anything you may have forgotten to pack for your camping trip. The sites are relatively close together but the heavy foliage makes the sites feel private though you may have neighbors. The only reason my review is not 5 stars is because the water pump nearest to our site did not produce drinkable water so we had to drive to the other camping area to get clean water and there was no central garbage disposal area anywhere near out site. The dumpsters sit just outside of the actual camping area which makes it impossible to walk to dispose of trash, you will have to drive it.
