While the owners may seem nice in person and the campground pictures are nice, I can assure you that these people have absolutely no compassion whatsoever.
I had a site reserved. There was a dire medical emergency in my immediate family. I gave them 22 days notice after my relative was found unresponsive on the floor.
I am a FAMILY FIRST person and my family will always come before the almighty dollar. Emergencies are not planned and I expected to be refunded and not be told it was under their 30 day policy. I get that it's a business. I help run a small business and we have made exceptions for emergencies such as this. It's really a shame because I was very much looking forward to this trip.
Owership...you need a class in Compassion and Humanity.
