This is a beautiful stop where the Two-Hearted River empties into Lake Superior. The drive is along gravel roads that are sometimes very bumpy, but navigable. You can walk along the River then cross a suspension bridge and small dune to access the shoreline. It's a great place for a swim, rock picking, interesting driftwood and fishing. There are also rustic camping sites along the River.
