My wife and two Whippets and I travel in our Airstream Class B van. This campground is near-perfect for us. This was a our first time here and we liked the simplistic layout with, essentially, a parking lot lined with spaces for RV's and 30 amp power hookup. Perfect for our rig. We would spend our time hiking trails, and around town with our dogs. When we got tired, go back to the van and watch some TV, have some drinks and take a nap. Perfect long weekend.

The beach is super nice BUT is NOT dog friendly. There isn't even a dog beach here, like you see in Warren Dunes and places like that. The officials are kind of draconian with the limitations at the beach. At sundown, they usher everyone off the beach. If you have a dog, they immediately send you away. As such, we won't be back again because it doesn't serve our needs. Aside from that, the bath house is clean and well maintained and they do a good job of keeping riff-raff in check too!
