We stayed here three beautiful 80 degree days beginning Oct 2nd. Lisa was very pleasant and helpful answering all my questions prior to arrival. Sterling was the quintessential host during our stay. The conversations my husband and I had with him were great and informative.
The clubhouse has a wonderful full kitchen with all you would need for an indoor family event, minus a stove. You can always utilize chafing dishes or something similar.
They have a Free Little Book Library inside as well. Great idea!
There’s a nice size patio behind the clubhouse with several tables and umbrellas, and even a gas fire pit you can use if you’d like.
The sites are tremendously spacious. Right now there’s full sun because the trees are newly planted.
Having a campground with all cement roads, and cement to put your unit on is a major plus. No dirt, gravel, or asphalt here!!
There’s a pickle ball court on the grounds next to the clubhouse.
The resort is gated. To enter after 7 or 8 pm, you’ll need a code.
The outdoor shower by the pool is really nicely designed with what appears to be limestone. The design of the whole building was well thought out.
The pool wasn’t working because they’ve been waiting on certain filters which are needed. It’s a rather large pool in my opinion. Ultimately it’s supposed to be a salt water pool.
The only concern I have is the odor of the water. It’s not constant, but when it’s there, you know it. We used a water softener and a filter (as we always do) and didn’t get any staining in our RV sinks or shower. We wouldn’t drink directly from the faucet.
We’ll definitely be returning next year and can’t wait to see the continued progress and success of the resort.
