My husband and I applied for a home to buy in this beautiful (and it IS beautiful) park but we’re turned down because of a 5 year old issue. Even though our payment record of ALL our bills, had no trouble getting financed for this home, and never even met face-to-face we were still turned down. I called the office 5 times and never got a return call until a week later but still no approval. We have always made a place look better than it did after we moved in!! My hobby is decorating. All the people we met seemed to like us a lot!! Guess he thought we might be white trash (even if we never saw the mgr).
