Despite spending over $300 a night, do not get your hope up! My partner and I got away from the kids and the photos has us imagining a romantic hotel. Thankfully, we were able to spend as little time as possible in the actual hotel thanks to the location.

The hotel itself smell like whatever is cooking at the restaurant upon walking in. It made me want to turn around and cancel our stay. All to be compounded by the stains in the lobby couch.

Nonetheless, we stayed because we could not cancel at that point. The hotel itself was poorly maintained and quite dirty throughout. The bathroom vent and molding around the door had what I imagine to be mildew. The new vanity sink had a faucet that was at least an inch too short and it cause water to spill onto the vanity. The vanity also stuck out an inch too far making the bathroom extremely cramped The balcony had spider webs and felt unusable. There was a used washcloth left in the bathroom. The carpet appeared to not have been well vacuumed in quite some time. There was an orange extension cord to the television and vanity. All of the walls had scratches from luggage either in the room or the hallway. The elevator was missing a panel but the stairway was equally as concerning so either way, it was a no win situation.

All of this was exasperated by never once being asked by our stay by the front desk. It was quite a let down for a couple on a long awaited weekend away.
