I gave this dump 1 star, because I couldn't give it a zero. First of all, this is an extremely dangerous area with high crime rates. The very Tipity Top of the North East Side of Flint. Right smack dab in the middle of the Industrial area. To the North, just a mere 100 ft walk you will see one of the scariest, nearly abandoned neighborhoods you'll ever see. Crack on every corner and every 10 house's you pass, you'll also pass 5 abandoned, half torn down or burnt to the ground Trap House's. People familiar with the surrounding area will tell you... This is as close to
THE TWILIGHT ZONE as one can get. That trailer park is exposed to every bit of it.
If you do decide to take a trip to this forsaken place don't ever go at night, and most importantly of all, DO NOT TAKE A WRONG TURN DOWN A SIDE STREET. This area is the real deal when it comes to being ONE OF THE MOST DANGEROUS NEIGHBORHOODS IN AMERICA.
