This park is out in the country. The roads are okay except for a couple of low hanging branches which we dodged. No matter when I called, the owner always answered the phone - which is a nice surprise. When we pulled in no one was in the office but the owner showed up as soon as we called him (see, he still answered his phone :) ). After checking us in, he led us to our site. Good thing as it was a little hairy with some tight turns and a couple of straggling branches. We had a back in site that was a bit tricky to get into, and the owner helped us get it done. We had to park our car sideways to fit it the spot. The sites and interior roads are gravel. There is a fair amount of grass intrusion into the gravel in the sites, and they could be a bit muddy if it rains. Our site was not level but the levelers were able to handle the job. The utilities are in the back so they are a little far away. Sites are close together and most are seasonally occupied. The WII FI was minimally helpful. Verizon was 4g 1-2 bars. Satellite would work in some sites. There is a nice pond with some ducks, and a farm with horses right next door. Except for the occasional souped up truck, it was pretty quiet. We stayed overnight and would stay again.
