Can’t speak to Wi-Fi, restrooms, laundry or any other facilities as no one was present at check-in to greet us or provide information. Apparently management is offsite or limited hours. There is a Camp Host but we did not see or make contact with. No packet was left out confirming our site location or check-in details. Email we received prior to our reserved arrival date said “site subject to change”, would’ve been nice to see this confirmed once we arrived.

Fine for one night but I would not make a stay of it. Some sites along southern side offer more afternoon shade. Sites are not level left to right requiring us to level the RV for the night, kind of defeats the point of a pull through site for an overnight. Park a mix of some long term RVs, but tidy. Fire ants, so be aware if you have littles or dogs. No visible security or security measures (gates closing).

Be aware right turn is tight with a high curb to access main road into park, tight right turn into RV park itself. If you are a longer big rig I’d advise going into Walmart parking lot and driving straight across intersection to avoid right turn. Road noise from the highway, car wash adjacent property so you will hear loud beeping communicating to the cars as well as loud dryers if you are on the west side of RV Park. The logical east exit with a gate arm raised is very steep with small signage that says not an RV exit. So be aware that you will need to exit at the entrance. Trash came at 5:35 AM to collect dumpster, loud awaking.

Walmart, gas & restaurants were convenient. Overall it was better than a parking lot overnight but lots of room to improve.
