I had a wonderful stay in a tiny house parked in this RV park. It was a pleasant stay, however, as a reviewer, I feel I must point out what was both good and what needs attention. (Which is why I only gave 3stars) Positives: -it’s well lit all night long. -There’s a security camera high atop a large flagpole that overlooks the entire RV park (which was a comfort), -the clubhouse is very nicely positioned on the water, -the RV spaces are well maintained and appear to have the necessary hook ups, -there’s several convenient docks for kayaking or fishing and a community grill for grilling. The river is a beautiful natural waterway and the peninsula has a couple of picnic tables available.

Negative: I will first say that the possibilities are endless in the making of this future RV park/resort… when it gets completed. The clubhouse (as mentioned) is beautiful, however, still under construction as well as several of the RV sites closer to the water. The area where you take your trash is currently a bit of a mess. I wasn’t even sure it belonged to the RV park. -The drive through the park has several very large potholes with crumbling concrete (not really a problem for me but if you’re toting a 40ft trailer it might be an issue). It’s understandable since I saw a couple of springs coming up from the driveway. It would be great if they could tap those off for fresh spring water available for the campers. Overall, it was a great good location but needs the vision of an amazing RV Resort to come to full completion before it can actually be rated as an amazing RV Resort Park.
