Jan is an incredible asset to the ND DOT. She was friendly, informative and truly a good representative of ND. An absolute treasure. We were traveling West with 75 mph winds. Stopped to wait it out and Jan was super. Ended up visiting some Beach businesses and spent several hours in the parking lot waiting out the storm. Clean modern facility. Thank you Jan!
