This place was great. We got a reservation on the first day they allowed, July 1st. I would suggest staying by the south pond, site 16 or 18. Though, if you like staying on an open field, go for the higher numbered sites. You can get down to a great swimming hole with ease. There is a great day-use area, though it is dog-free. The south pond's unguarded swimming hole is perfect to cool down your furry friend. The old growth forest is so pretty and cool, that it is nice and shady all day. It was a bit rainy, but still a great time. So glad camping is back!
