At $43 per night and $10 per bundle of undried wood, Tully Lake Campground is easily the most expensive campground that I've ever made a reservation with. I had hoped it'd be worth it - it wasn't.

The site map online is incredibly unclear. If you camp here, don't reserve Site #10. It will be the darkest, buggiest spot it the campground and it will be very close to the restroom.

When I spoke with a ranger on the phone, they assured me that the site I was looking to reserve, was secluded to some degree. When we arrived, our site was so close to the bathroom that you could hear the toilet flush. This wasn't the relaxing trip that I had planned and researched for. We didn't even set up our tent and decided to go home.
