Stayed here nearly a year ago. While it was the off season, the owner was extremely friendly in our electronic communications. He clearly cared about his staff, and their commitments as well as his own. He informed me he would not be able to be at the property and would send a staff member if needed. He offered a contactless experience, and upgraded me from a room to one of the cabins (with enough notice I could invite a family member to come with me for the trip, when I was initially planning a solo trip for my Global Entry interview the following morning.) I appreciated that he stocked the refrigerator with a variety of local beers to wind down after my drive, and some yogurt for breakfast, although I'm not a heavy drinker and was planning a breakfast out, so I didn't partake in either.

While we did not have physical contact with any staff it was clear they put in a lot of effort to make us feel welcome!
