I had to pull off after 7 months, but while there, they rented the office out to the electrician. so they could switch out meters. The first month my bill was $47.00 the second was a little higher, by the time I pulled out because of a family emergency, Carol. Called me with some weird attitude and offensive..about the fact I pulled out..so said I would call her about the deposit. I got settled and I called her, and she took my address..and no deposit. I called again ..and no answer. Almost a year later no deposit. They will rent to anyone. No signatures on the receipts. Very sketchy ..Tim is the man behind the curtain. The place has potential..but the town was let go of back in the 70s, which is sad..people were nice tho.
