We booked a year in advance so we knew we would be guaranteed a spot as most things fill up quickly in Florida. Got here and the ranger saw the size of the rig and said we will have to issue you a refund your to big. All they had was 15 foot sites and we were 32. After the shock was over I tried to reason with her we don’t want a refund. When we booked you fill in the dates, your equipment, size etc. etc. she kept explaining to us that they had to turn so many people away because of their computer system failure well, get the system fixed! They couldn’t even give me a refund back on the credit card. The Ranger showed us other places to stay, but they were all booked. We were stranded after two hours driving from Miami. They would mail a check to CANADA that check may never come. Luckily, we got six nights because of a total stranger not showing up cancelled. The park is beautiful. Lots to do bugs are bad at night. I recommend calling to book the reservation as a computer system is not reliable.
