Edit: the women’s bathroom shower being unusable for months is completely unacceptable. The disability seat broke and has just been left in the center of the room. I guess disabled park members are on their own. As well the “community center” was supposed to open LAST SUMMER and still hasn’t opened. The laundry room prices are something personally I just can’t get behind.
It’s a good park, but some of the best people recently moved out. The community center was supposed to open in July and we haven’t heard anything since then. The washing is a little expensive but the park is priced well and the park manager is the nicest person. Over all a great place to be if you need a quiet little neighborhood.
The addition of public bathrooms and laundry rooms has been disappointing. The laundry system is terrible, over priced, and has no amenities other than the machines themselves.
The bathrooms are not maintained well, nor were they made well. Also we were told the community center would be open months ago and hasn’t opened.
It feels frustrating to have amenities that are lower quality than expected. If you are going to have a bathroom outside you need the door to seal at the bottom. The number of spiders in both restrooms is insane. The shower water is barley warm but the sink is hot?? (Last photo is a spider nest in the women’s room)
