Stayed at CLV over the winter months. The people that make CLV their home, make the park special for the RVers. Staff does not appreciate the 50+ adults that pay their salary. Right from the day we arrived we were not welcomed by staff at the office, as we were with the previous office staff. Any time we popped in to the office during our season this year and last season we would get a look from the staff member that all but said, 'what are you going to bother us about today'? It's an, 'I Do Not Care About You' attitude you will receive from the staff, starting from the top dog Jodie and on down! They have much to learn about manners and people skills! I'm pretty sure they thing most of us are just old, useless and senile, when really we just want to have an enjoyable experience and relax as we've worked hard all our lives.

So don't be surprised when you don't feel welcome -Ever- by this office staff!

Rates are almost doubling for RVers. This past year we paid $1875. for 3 months, Jan - April. If we dared to come back for 3 months next season it would cost us $3500. That's ridiculous, why you might ask??

The office is trying to make CLV a

5 Star Resort by putting extra cement and cobblestone pavers (cobblestone is the very best paver out there for tripping on), on each RV site with some grass around the edge. Sorry office staff, CLV will never be the 5 star you are trying your best to achieve! First you need to learn to Welcome people and be Gracious to all your clients.

With your Park Model lot rent increases from low $300's per month to now $465 per month and the larger homes up from low $400's to $465. per month, we all recognize that Rickert Properties and staff have made it their aim in life to make some money AND successfully drive out some great people.

Shame on you!

Fill your boots and line your pockets CLV staff & Rickert Properties.

This place used to feel special, but now it's NOT.
