I usually avoid RV parks, but I really like this place! The staff has been very nice and polite to us every time. We do travel with a child, and as some people mention; kids are only allowed for 2 weeks at a time. This is because it is an adult community, but since it’s not 55+ we can still stay here.

It’s close to Indian Rocks Beach, groceries, gas, nail and hair salons, restaurants etc. They have a pool, laundry room, full hook ups and trash service 2 times a week.

Some have given this place a bad review because there are mostly mobile homes and permanent residents, but for me this is the best part. It’s so quiet and peaceful because you don’t have people coming and going every day. And even though I have a travel trailer myself, I much prefer a view of small, cute mobile homes that look like cottages over large RV rigs.
