Tried to help my disabled mother in law apply for a lease here. Park was very nice we were shown two units. Came back a few days later with the application and they said we must be trying to scam them and refused to take the application. ?? Even though we would have to pay for the application?? So idk how they think it's a scam. We also would not be living there it was only for my mother in law. They said they didn't believe she was a real person because we didn't drive her 10 hours to and from Pensacola to pick her up and deliver the application we worked with her over the phone to help her fill out her information like normal people. Glad we didn't bring her because they obviously didn't want her there. Just because she is homeless and living in a homeless shelter doesn't mean she's not a person. Will be reporting their refusal to even take our money and the application to the better business bureau. Very unprofessional and just heartless.
