Pauline is very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. I found her off of Groupon about a year ago and she really helped me with my tight hips, but I need a tune up. Wish I was closer so I could go more often. Stretch sessions were amazing. Definitely check her out! I think I will make the sacrifice as far as the drive & pay her a visit w my teen athlete real soon. Lots of good advice given. Wish I could keep her in my ear to stay compliant.
