My family and I came to Clermont to visit a family member staying on the resort, we booked a villa and it was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. I’ll try to keep it short..

1. The pull out couch had actual blood stains (not like it had been washed and it didn’t come out. But like super dirty never had been changed)

2. The main light fixture in the living room shorted out so the light didn’t stay on for more than 1 sec.

3.the only other light in that room was a floor lamp, the knob to turn it on was broken so that didn’t work either.

3. The spout in the tub was not even connected to the wall.

4. They constantly had water line breaks, so the water was always a light brown color.

5. The caulking (or lack there of) around the tub was covered in mold.

6. The vanity in the bathroom was not secured to the wall and was falling apart do to water damage.

7. Our feet were BLACK from walking on the floors barefoot. We actually had to put socks on for our stay.

8. The windows were so poorly installed that there was water constantly dripping off of the sills.

9. They had four different size pots and pans to cook with, all of them looked 20 years old and dug out from the bottom of the thrift store dumpster. With no matching lids.

10. The entire dining room table was sticky and still had cup rings on it from the previous people.

The list could go on..

And the ONLY reason I am giving their service a four star rating is because of Nicole. When we checked in on the first day after traveling with two small children ALL DAY our place was absolutely disgusting and she went above and beyond to move us to a new villa (which was equally as disgusting but at least the sheets weren’t covered in blood).

The resort itself is laid out quite weird as well. At any point in time, you are within a 100 feet of a fairway and run the risk of been hit with a golf ball.

Absolutely do not book a stay here.
