It's a pretty nice although somewhat crowded campground. Great locations and good amenities.
The management however is pretty terrible. We showed up in our new fully outfited camper van, and were told we could not setup on a tent space if we plan to sleep in our camper van. No big deal we said there are plenty of RV spaces available, we'll just take an RV space. We were then told we could not Park in an RV space because we did not have a water hookup on our camper van. We were forced to buy a tent from the camp store which we set up on a tent space and slept in our van. We were told this policy was because homeless people were sleeping in their cars, but with a 28-day limit at $40 a night what homeless people are paying $1200 a month?
Our friends were coming to join us in their RV and we had reserved the space right behind ours so we could be next to each other. When they got there they were told they were being moved because they could fit a larger RV on the spot we had reserved. That spot ended up staying empty the entire weekend and we had the inconvenience of having to walk across the campground to hang out with our friends.
Clearly the need to maximize profit is more important than guest satisfaction.
