These people were awesome !!I did the Mauna Kea Summit tour.
I booked with another tour guide and 2 hours before pick up they canceled on me. I was so bummed out, it was a trip I really wanted to do and my flight was the next day. I called around and everybody was booked. I called them, they picked up on the second ring and we're so nice to me and said sure we have a spot tonight. So I met them at the visitor center. Donna was my tour guide and nobody could have been better. She went way out of her way to make sure that everybody was happy. She explained everything perfectly. I highly recommend them!!
