Very clean and well-maintained Park wonderful staff planning on staying here for several months was told by the first of the year I need to put up $150 deposit for my electric and I have to pay my own electric bill along with my rent which is reasonably priced for the area which is very understandable any other RV parkI have stayed at monthly pretty much is the same way, except for the odd one I am a full-time Rv resident this park has extremely large sites with plenty of parking and grass yard The management has just opened a new clubhouse for residence with a pool table and meeting area. And is continually trying to improve the park Very nice and well-kept showers and laundry room would definitely recommend it for anybody that is needing to stay long-term.
