Took a hike to the King and Queen Seat via the white trail (the long way), and it is a nice, moderate path that winds over some small hills and crosses a road at some point. I thought it was pretty well-marked. Not much in terms of views until you get to the rocky part of the trail at the top. It's gorgeous up there, and the sky opens up to a lovely valley below. The rocks can be quite slippery, and I would exercise extreme caution when getting close to the edge of the cliffs.
The rest of the hikes in the park were short and not very scenic, but they would still make nice, quiet strolls through the woods if you'd like to clear your head. We didn't see the falls or visit the picnic areas, but I heard good things about them from other visitors
