Based on the amount I paid for a one week stay and the pictures on the website I thought this was a premium or resort style campground. In my opinion it is not. My first impression/opinion of the place after checking in and driving to my site was that it looks like a run down trailer park.

It appears that the majority of the sites are seasonal sites.

There is no Wi-Fi. I didn't even know parks existed without Wi-Fi. That surprised me.

I didn't experience any of the problems that other people posted in their reviews about the owners and/or staff. They were very nice and pleasant and treated us well.

However, the other residents were loud and obnoxious. They had zero consideration for other's sites. Children were running through our site, other resident's dogs were pooping on our site, they were riding around on golf carts blaring music at insanely loud levels. Other sites were playing extremely loud music.

I didn't really enjoy my stay there. Not because of the staff, but because of the other residents.

I feel the cost was way too high for such a poor experience.
