This place has completely gone down hill in the last two year—since Yogi Bear’s took over. Each season they have removed attractions that the kids enjoyed, all while increasing the price! Oh yeah…..with the increased price they also took 4 weeks away from the swim club membership. Instead of remaining open to swim on weekends in September they shut it down everything on Labor Day.

So I joined their swim club in mid June. That day I was allowed to use the park and was told they would call when I could pick up my membership card/gate key. I NEVER got called. I attempted two times to obtain my card/key and each time I was told it’s still not ready. I paid almost $300 for a membership that I was only able to use once because I never got the badge to get into the park. Other than the first day I never accessed the park again. I asked management if I could be compensated since I was only there the day I signed up. Before answering me, I was asked if I was ever denied access to the park. I wasn’t denied. But I was also not wasting a trip there not knowing if I can get in or if my membership card was ready. So I asked to use the $300 I paid toward a swim club membership for next year. I was told NO by management. Disappointed!! This past summer will absolutely be my last!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS EXPENSIVE PLACE WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Also there was always geese families in the park. But this summer they were gone. Not one bird in sight. I found out Yogi Bear used something (like a noise machine or something) to make the geese (bird) leave and not return. All because they don’t want to pay staff to clean up and maintain the grass. The geese were there long before Yogi Bear!!
