we stayed here for 5 nites; while the staff was great, in reading the reviews below a response was that this campground catered more to full timers and suggested another campground. First, then why do you advertize to overnite campers? (at a rate half of what we were charged) Second, it ALWAYS helps to know the OVERALL length & width of a site. We were put on a site /G20 where we were told a 26 foot trailer could fit (with a truck in front of it) and our 36" class A RV only filled up just over 1/2 the site depth with plenty of additional width for our little car. We were also told a 24' trailer could fit on the site next to us and due to the trees only a tent would be able to get in there. We moved once, and were told on a sat nite that NO sites were available when we literally saw DOZENS of empty sites we could fit on. FYI, some other full time places-if the site renter is gone and the site is vacant at the time actually relet the rented/vacant site and split the income 50/50 with the site renter. It's a nice place but one of the most important things is knowledge of the sites if you are going to have short term campers. We were there as a senior couple, so we didn't need/use the pool, beach/pond/pool which were all nicely kept. FYI, our RV facebook (80K) group has been made aware too.
