The camp is kinda small to have 53 lots. And with the huge pine trees, getting in some of the lots can be tight. But there is plenty of shade to say the least. There is a wonderful view of the Tennessee River and the sun rises from across the river. They have gated access, a boat launch and swimming area.The they have full hook-ups, 30amp and 50amp. A bath house is available, but not sure if it's year round or not. So far the camp is pretty much quiet as a mouse.
The manager lives on-site and I think the maintenance guy does too. The manager is awesome, she is a cut up. When I called to get my lot she told me "cash, check, or money order, no chickens" lol. I didn't ask if the lot prices are all the same but my lot is $367.50 per month, which is MORE than reasonable all things considered. I thought that was an odd amount, but maybe thats another piece of humor.
