We loved the location. Southwick is great and close to Westfield. The staff at Sodom is so friendly! They have an adorable little camp store, the pool is adequate (needs a few shade umbrellas) and the laundry room looks sufficient. They have some beautiful camp spots, but they have some horrible spots. I would recommend to go and pick out a spot before booking. We stayed for one month and during our stay they welcomed a Circus with tractor trailer trucks, trailers and heavy machinery to park for almost 2 weeks. Like it wasnt bad enough before that...😬 I honestly don't know what else to say other than camping at Sodom changed our views on camping forever. Sites are so close together we could barely park our car nevermind have a fire. The one and only day I tried to sit outside, the smell of sewer was SO prominent it was unbearable. I hate to say bad things....but, if you're The looking for an appealing campground this might not be the one. The staff was super cooperative and let us move once, but there really was no good spot. In my honest opinion they need to use the ridiculous area we (and others) were 'camped' at as maybe a dog park or parking lot (for trailer trucks). It has no appealing qualities. Cell service is not good, and internet is not complimentary. I puchased a month, but wasn't good enough for streaming. The roads are not paved and were barely drivable. They do not have the proper set-up for this. Go to Cracker Barrel, it's free and much much prettier.
