I liked the location of this park, the opportunity to do a kayak tour of the Hudson and the trails around. The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no one working at the campground after 9 and therefore quiet hours do not apply. I don’t mind people enjoying themselves, listening to music and having fun, but there was quite a few major parties going on with very drunk people, very loud music and people yelling loudly until after midnight. One campsite next to us had over 9 cars packed into one spot when I thought the minimum was 2 per site. If you want a peaceful camp experience where you can enjoy the beauty of camping, I don’t recommend staying here because it is a party palace.
