Great campground, but pretty far from most area attractions. Partial shade for most sites. Lots of area to explore/climb behind the campground, including a dirt nature trail loop (accessible through the group site) with educational signage - don't miss it if you have 20+ minutes to spend! Vault toilets were clean. Water is available. No tent pads, but each site has a table and fire ring. Most sites are fairly secluded from each other. For our mid-May stay, we had some periods of sustained moderate wind in the evenings and at night, but also periods of total calm. We didn't stay at the group site but it looked really nice, set right up against the rock face. Would stay again.
