I found it to be quiet. The residents generally were quiet and polite. Many of them live there full-time. It’s very close to the battlefield. You do hear the highway noise.
The bathroom was clean with 2 shower. I was the only one using it because all the other people had their own hooked up. The owners were very pleasant. There’s a laundry room if you want to do a load of laundry.
It was $35 a night which is less than most of the other places close by.
There is a small motel also on the property.
The owner is trying to fix the property up. There is electric water and sewer hook up I think for some of the people who need that.
