Delta man was arrested Friday and charged with second degree murder after police said he stabbed another man during an altercation.
Corbin Lovato, 34, was arrested after police responded to a report of two men in a physical altercation Friday afternoon at the Four Seasons Motel and RV Park in Delta.
According to Delta Police, when officers arrived there was an adult male laying on the ground, unresponsive and with no pulse. Life-saving measures attempted by officers and medical personnel were unsuccessful.
The male was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police, and his cause of death was later determined to be multiple stab wounds.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
Lovato was taken into custody and booked into the Delta County Jail after being located in a nearby camper.
