Went in June, since the weather is unpredictable at that time of year we opted for a camping cabin. It’s a basic heat and cooled space with a porch, charcoal grill, fire pit and picnic table. Beds weren’t bad, lots of space inside. We were close to the bathrooms and the KOA had lots of amenities. We call this soft camping, spots are close together but there is a beautiful river right there and the staff was friendly. They canceled movie night due to rain which was a bummer. The town is close with lots of stuff to do. Overall a good option for not so avid campers that still want a little outdoors.
