I had a friend that stayed there and she was there for a week. She had spoken to a young man named Jordan about things that she had noticed wrong in her room and he had told her that he would get the things fixed the next day. While my friend was talking to Jordan,
he was extremely rude to her. The toilet in her room had to have the water turned off after using it so it wouldn't leak and she had to use a space heater because the one in the room wasn't working. When she checked out the things that were wrong still wasn't fixed.
The office staff was wonderful and very helpful. The woman recommended a great coffee shop just down the street. Because of the office staff my friend will be back. With the issues in the room she did everything to make my friend comfortable, she also apologized that they didn't get fixed.
