It's a beautiful lake and has a nice walk around it (about one hour). There was one 30 to 40 foot muddy stretch that we barely managed to cross without falling in it. It was very crowded with picnickers and kayakers. About 5 miles of the road is like washboard. Very bumpy and some potholes! You can only go between 20 and 25 mph. When we got home, we discovered a lengthwise scrape on the passenger side from parking light to parking light. Hopefully, not by a human. Other than those items, it was a lovely day.
