Mosquitos are thick. We have a screen tent to chill out in, but the mosquitos are definitely a bummer. The campground itself is nice and well kept. They accept reservations for most of the sites, but also leave some open to first come first serve (which I think is a nice way to keep these campgrounds from selling out months in advance). We had a late evening visit two nights in a row by a moose and her 2 calves, which was a bit exciting. The river is easily accessible and for that reason I liked the campground.
