We come here once a year to get away. Very quiet. Beautiful wooded area but close enough to Newport that we could easily go into town to eat. I do wish they would level out a couple of the tent spots a bit. Had an issue with some workers doing something near the cove refusing to let us through to swim. They should post if work is scheduled since we were not there long, knowing the swimming would be blocked would have changed our plans. We come back yearly to enjoy some quiet swimming. Nice, sandy swimming area.
