If I could give it NO stars I would! I highly recommend you look for another campground! We booked a site, and had to cancel due to Covid! Instead of refunding over $100, they chose to keep it. That’s a lot of money to some, and to think they are owed that, is moronic! I guess their greed outweighs doing the right thing! 2 weeks to cancel a reservation that was made only 5 days prior, so their cancellation policy is already set up to put your hard earned money in their greedy pockets! We were already warned about them, but decided to make our own decision! That’s was a huge mistake! Again, pocketing people’s money and trying to justify it by responding with an ugly response, just makes you look more like a fraud!
