We stayed in Bald Eagle Campground. Really nice, and lots of new full concrete pads with plenty of space between lots! There aren't many full size trees, but they've been planted. Expect good shade in a few years. Full hookups were super affordable. The people at the ranger station were very nice. They have a huge, gorgeous, rental hall.
On the down side, It was raining this weekend and there was not very good drainage. The water stood at least a couple of inches on the pad in front of our camper door and out to our vehicle. I noticed most spots had water standing somewhere, around fire rings, or anywhere there were low spots.
The hall was amazing, big enough for just about any kind of event you can imagine. But there is no kitchen or water. You have to go 50 yards next door for restrooms.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
