This place was gross. There was goose poop everywhere. Only one half of the beach was not COVERED in it, and the other half was so busy, especially for a Wednesday afternoon. All the grass leading to the clean area was also covered in it.
I can't believe I had to pay to get in there. What am I paying for? To cover my kids and myself in poop? Where is the maintenance?
The lake water itself was dirty. There is no warning about that either before you already pay to get in and work your way down to the beach. Once you get down there, then you can see the sign where it says there is a HIGH RISK for blue algea, but not before you come in.
Will not be back. Why is it so hard to just take care of something like this? Especially when it isn't free.
And maybe give a warning to people about potential health hazards before they hand their money to you...?
