My friend and I stayed in their smallest cabin, a tiny cozy place on lot 26, named "Daisy Dell," for a 3 day/2 night weekend and had a blast! The retreat is on the smaller side, and even with the camp being fully booked for the weekend, there were not a lot of people around. However, that gave us more of a chance to meet and get to know the lovely people that were there. Bennet, who runs the camp (and I assume owns it), was an excellent, fun, and accommodating host who participated in and/or hosted all of the scheduled weekend events, as well as some impromptu events.

Pictionary, remote-controlled boat racing at the lake, canoeing on the lake, axe throwing, volleyball lessons/volleyball, and fossil hunting at the creek were some of the activities we enjoyed.

My single favorite thing about Drakes Ridge is that they do not have the kinds of oppressive rules that are common at nudist destinations regarding cell phones: as long as you are not pointing your camera at people and taking videos and pictures of them without their permission, then you are free to use your phone. If you do wish to listen to something on your device, however, they do ask that you use headphones/earbuds or otherwise keep the sound to yourself. Bennet stated that if/when the retreat grows larger, those rules may have to become more strict, but I am hoping that the rules will never change!
