Summer-long campers were allowed to park their rv sideways blocking part of ours. Their 2 chiwawas roamed off leash when out & though generally stayed on their site, would head elsewhere to poop, and no clean up. Were allowed many more guests than rules allowed. I guess for some, rules are allowed to be broken.
